Sales Administrative Assistant
NaturesPlus is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support efforts within its Sales & Marketing Department!
We are seeking a candidate with exceptional organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Our Administrative Assistant will help provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure efficient operation within the Sales & Marketing Department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the EVP of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales Administration.
- Provide general support to Sales Managers and Outside Sales Representatives
- Support and coordinate daily administrative needs and special projects
- Manage department calendar and schedule meetings
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and as needed sales reports
- Process weekly expense reports for Sales Managers and Outside Sales Representatives
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records
- Help coordinate the launch of new products (communication, distribution, mailing etc.)
- Support a variety of special projects, including National Sales Summits, National Trade Shows, Managers Meetings, and Sales Rep Training Classes
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Help support the coordination efforts of securing business travel arrangements
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- SAP Experience is a plus
- High level of professionalism and business etiquette. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of information exposed to, discretion is required.
- Possess a "Can Do" passionate attitude.
- Prior administrative experience a plus; recent college grad may be considered.
